5 Stars! SSKM Construction did an outstanding job replacing the sheathing...remove and replace existing siding on my home. They handled unexpected issues with the old sheathing professionally and installed all new with precision. The crew was courteous, kept everything clean, and the owner, Luis communicated well throughout. Our house looks great, and the work was completed quickly. I highly recommend them for quality work!

Luis/SSKM was highly recommended to me, by a local builder. He came and inspected my 23 y/o roof with me. He pointed out several problems and damaged areas that weren’t so obvious to me, and underlying ones that were from leaks. He came back and his men tore off the entire roof in 1/2 day, and repaired most of the damage. Second day he finished by installing 8 sheets of plywood, including new soffits front and rear, and an EPDM membrane (used on flat roofs) for our sunroom roof that was very low pitch. Luis also used synthetic roofing paper and ice shields, new drip edges, and boot pipes. He covered all of our AC condensers during to protect, and cleaned up very well. Overall their workmanship was top notch and the job looks great. We’ve already gotten compliments from our neighbors. Lastly, Luis is a gentleman who’s easy to work with. He responds to texts and emails promptly. I Highly recommend him!

It has been a pleasure and honor to work with Luis and his crew for the past 5 years. They shingled a few roofs for us at the start of the partnership and then added on siding all of our homes. Now, SSKM Construction frames each our of new homes and renovation projects then installs the roofing material (shingles and metal) and sides them.

Luis and his crew are true professionals. They are courteous, patient and organized. Each job is left in pristine condition. I highly recommend them often even though I don't want to share them 🙂

Looked at the job on a Thursday. Estamat was done at that time. Emailed me the contract. Signed the contract on Mondays with a small deposit. I believed it was around $1500.00 for a 2300 square house. The container showed up by the end of the day. Tuesday morning they showed up early. Remind you it was a complete tearofe not a second layer. The roof was completely done cleaned up in 2 days. Dumpster was picked up on the 3rd day. And shingles my shed to match the house. With no extra out of my pocket. After they left I said to my wife that was very fast. Just take my rolling magnet all around the house to get up the nails. After she did that she called me at work. She responded to me.that was the biggest waste or 4 hrs. She had only found around 4 shingles nails. That weekend I went to clean out my gutters. Bold and behold his guys had even cleaned out my gutters. You all no how the wind has been around heir latly. Called him on Tuesday around 4 pm. He showed up Wednesday morning and had the wind damaged ridge cap repaired within 1/2 hr. How can you beat that quick service. Now I can't say that will happen for every one of his costomers but just for that alone I believe he deserves this good review. And again I didn't send this review right away this was about 8 months later after the quick response and a free repair from the higher then normal winds we've been having around here. Thank you again SSKM Construction.
